We can supply and fit a wide range of wooden flooring. Before you begin installing a floor, you should give careful consideration to the type of floor you want. Here are the main floor types:

Hardwood floors:

Hardwood flooring is available in both unfinished and pre-finished form. Unfinished flooring is sanded and finished after installation. Pre-finished flooring is sanded and finished at the factory.

Strip and plank flooring:

Hardwood planks made from different species of trees are perhaps the most elegant solution for a home or office floor. You can now install strip flooring made from exotic trees such as Bamboo, Blackwood, Gingerwood and Walnut.

Parquet flooring:

This has a very different look from typical hardwood's. They are made up of geometrical patterns, composed of individual wooden slates held together by a mechanical fastening or adhesive.

Laminate flooring:

Laminate flooring is typically constructed using a high density fibre-board core, sandwiched between a melamine laminate backing, high quality photographic paper with an image of wood, stone or other natural flooring, and a melamine laminate top. Some of the new hybrid products replace the photographic paper with a very thin slice of real wood veneer. This gives a superior look and finish.
