How much will it cost?

Before we have looked at the area to be worked on, it is difficult to give a price. When we arrive to look at a job we will give you a free, no obligation estimate before we start any work. If this estimate is acceptable we will in most cases get on with the work there and then.

When fitting carpet, do you guarantee your work?

Yes and No.

If the carpet we are fitting for you is brand new and supplied by us, then we guarantee it against defective installation for two years. No questions asked. If the carpet is not brand new and has been previously used then we cannot and will not guarantee it.

What about tiles or wooden floors?

We guarantee any area we cover for 2 years against defective installation.

How do I measure the area I need carpeting?

The simple answer to that is - you don't. We will measure it for you. You need to take into consideration a number of factors such as waste off cuts and the width of the carpet roll. There is no charge for this part of the service, so it is best left to us.

How long will it take?

Obviously it depends on the amount of space that needs covering and whether it is tile, wood or carpet. We can normally carpet a house in one day.

How fast can you get to me?

We can make an appointment any daytime Monday to Friday or evenings from Monday to Thursday. And we can usually start within the week if the terms and price are agreed.
